Introduction

Prior to beginning your guide, make sure that your car is off and the emergency break is on.

What you need

              Headlights               
  • To open the hood, pull the release lever by your foot break inside the car.

  • To raise the hood, lift up on handle at the front of the hood.

  • Remove this cover.

  • Using the 11mm wrench remove the nut.

  • Gently pull out the side paneling using your hands

  • Take out the turn signal light by twisting it and remove the side panel.

  • Remove the bulb from the connector by pulling the two apart and connect the new bulb.

  • In the same area where you removed the screw, remove the clip by hand or use needle nose pliers.

  • Identify the three retainers. Two of them are on the same side from which the metal clip was removed. The other is on the opposite side. The third one is shown in the next step.
  • Slide the 12mm wrench over the retainer and push until you are able to remove the headlight.

  • Third retainer. To push the retainers in so that I was able to remove the headlight I pressed the handle of the wrench against the metal part of the retainers and pushed.

Step 11

  • Similar to removing the turn signal, twist the headlight connector and remove the headlight from the bulb.
  • Disconnect the bulb from the connector by pulling the two apart and connect the new bulb. Attach the new bulb to the connector.

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.
