2001 Honda Accord Coupe - my stero turns on but has no sound, and the brake lamp indicator light came on and my headlights don’t work now (running lights, yes). Could these all be connected to a fuse possibly? Help, I’m stuck in a parking lot!

Try your high beams, they should still work. And if you just replaced a break/tail bulb, then one of the skinny metal contacts inside the plastic sockets has bent down into the socket, causing the bad ground issue. Or your stereo illumination dimmer wire is exposed and shorting out.
Possibly the wrong bulb in one of the sockets as well.
Those are all I can think of right now.
