  • Lift the windshield wiper to a 90-degree angle above the windshield.

  • Tilt the wiper upwards.
  • Pull the wiper blade down to release it from the j-hook.
  • Different brands of wipers use different unlatching mechanisms; these vary from pinching and pulling to pushing a button.

  • Lay the arm back down onto the windshield.
  • Place the arm gently back down to avoid any damage.

  • Remove the plastic protection from the rubber side of the new wiper blades.

  • Lift the wiper arm back up and latch the j-hook around the mounting point of the new blade.

  • Start your vehicle.
  • Turn on the windshield wipers to ensure they are functioning properly.
