Introduction
Be sure to power off the ignition and engage the parking brake before beginning this guide. Never slam the hood of the car closed—this could cause the radiator to burst.
What you need

Engine Air Filter
- Pop the hood open using the latch beneath the driver side dash near the pedals.

- Open the hood using the latch beneath the hood.
- After popping it open, prop it up with the hood stick.

- Locate the air filter box in the driver side of the engine bay behind the battery.

Step 4
- Unclip the single clip on the box by pulling up on it.
- Lift the cover up to remove it from the filter.

- Lift the air filter up to remove it from the car and replace it with a new one.
