  • In the middle of the dashboard, locate the radio panel along with the shroud cover.

  • Remove the two 10mm screws using a Phillips #2 screwdriver underneath the radio shroud in order to remove the radio shroud from the dashboard.

Step 3

  • Wiggle and pull the dashboard shroud until it comes free from the dashboard.
  • Even when loosened, the shroud may be difficult to pull off and remove. Do not be afraid to use force to remove the panel from the dashboard.

Step 4

  • With the dashboard shroud removed, the power chord for the passenger airbag light will be clearly visible with a green connector. Push down on the disconnect tab and remove the chord from the shroud.
  • Use caution when removing the passenger light cord as excessive force may cause damage.

Step 5

  • With all 4 screw mounting points for the radio unit visible, unscrew each 12mm screw using a Phillips #2 screwdriver.

  • With all mounting screws removed, pull out the radio unit from the dashboard, revealing 3 cables connected to the back of the unit.

  • With all cables visible, locate the antenna cable on the far right and detach it from the radio box

  • Remove both the white steering wheel control cable and the blue power connector cable by pushing down on the removal tabs.
  • Use caution to avoid excessively stressing exposed cables during removal, making sure to exert force only on the plastic removal tabs.

Step 9

  • With all cables removed from the radio unit, fully remove the radio from the dashboard.

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.
