What you need

Step 1

              Locate tail light compartment               
  • On the driver’s side of the vehicle’s rear cargo area, locate the rectangular tail light compartment cover.

              Remove cover               
  • Using your fingers, gently pull the cover away from the compartment.

              Locate the light bulb assembly               
  • With the cover removed, locate the light bulb assembly.
  • Use a flathead screwdriver to release the locking tab.

Step 4

              Remove the light bulb assembly               
  • Pull gently to remove the light bulb assembly.
  • The assembly will remain connected to the vehicle via the wiring harness.

Step 5

              Locate the light bulb               
  • Turn the assembly so that the smaller tail light bulb and larger fog light bulb are visible.

Step 6

              Remove the tail light bulb               
  • Using your fingers, gently pull the tail light bulb out of the socket.
  • Insert a new replacement light bulb into the tail light socket.
  • Excess force may cause light bulbs to break.

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.
