Introduction
You will learn how replace the engine air filter on your 2010-2015 Hyundai Elantra.
The Engine Air filter is there to keep dirt and debris from entering the engine. A dirty or clogged air filter can cause the engine to work harder than it really needs to. A clogged filter can lead to a loss of power, dirty smoke, a check engine light coming on and even engine failure.
This guide is very simple, and the entire process should take you less than 5 minutes. Just make sure you have purchased an air filter that is compatible with the make, model, and year of your car. For the 2013 Elantra, there is a link for a suitable air filter in this guide.
There are no tools needed to complete this guide.
