Step 1
Headlight
- Pull the hood release lever underneath the steering wheel to release hood lock.

- Release the lever under the hood and lift it up to release the hood completely. Simultaneously lift the hood and prop it up with the hood prop securing it in an open position.

- Disconnect the headlight wire connector.

- Use 10 mm socket to remove three bolts securing headlight housing.
- Keep the bolts and washer together for reinstallation of headlight housing.
- Carefully pull the headlight housing away from the vehicle until you can easily access the rear housing.

Step 5
- Remove the outer gasket and set it aside for reinstallation.
- Disconnect the clip from the headlight mount.
- It should stay attached by the Philips #1 screw however this may become loose from daily use and the clip may become disconnected.
- In this instance simply reinstall the clip as shown and tighten the screw with the Philips #1 screwdriver.
- Remove the headlight so the housing is empty and ready for replacement.
Remove the outer gasket and set it aside for reinstallation.

- This is the how new headlight will be assembled in the vehicle (this process will happen in steps, this is simply a reference to the final form).

- Start the new headlight installation by placing the headlight mount into the headlight housing and secure it with the clip by pinching the ends together and hooking it under the edges of the housing.

- Slide the outer gasket over the headlight mount ensuring the “top” is properly oriented.
- Line up the grooves on the new headlight with the headlight harness.
- Insert the headlight and rotate it to lock it in place.

Step 9
- Reinstall the headlight housing by setting the housing back into place and lining up the bolt holes.
- Replace the three bolts using a 10mm socket and ratchet.
- Reattach the headlight connector.

Repeat steps 3 through 9 for other headlight. Ensure proper working order upon completion.
