- Expose one of three screws by prying the door handle trim plate out.

- Pry out the door lock and window control panel. Disconnect all connectors on the back side.

- Pry up the arm rest to expose the second hidden screw (total of 3).

- Now you can remove all three hidden screws with the 10mm socket or philips screw driver.

- Now the door panel itself can be pried off the door. Starting at the bottom, find the plastic friction plugs and pull enough to pop them out one by one.
- Then lift the door panel up off the door. You do not need to remove it completly. This should give you enough room to work on the mirror in the next steps.

- Pull the inside mirror cover off.

- Unplug the mirror wiring harness. The connector on the door will stay put.

- Remove the three nuts holding the mirror on to the door. Depending on the age of your vehicle, you may want to clean off the remaining area so the new mirror seals good.

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.
