Introduction
Changing the bulb in a Honda Civic is relatively simple and you’ll be back on the road again in no time!
This guide is applicable to all Honda Civics in the 9th generation, from 2012-2015.
What you need
Step 1
Headlight
- Lift the latch to open the car hood.

- Pry up the center of the fastener with a flat-head screwdriver.

- Pop the rivet loose and remove it.

- Remove the wiper fluid tube.
Remove the wiper fluid tube.
Step 5
- Locate the headlight internally.
- Turn the headlight counter-clockwise to unlock it.

Step 6
- Press down on the latch to unlock the bulb from the connector.
- Remove the burnt-out bulb.
- Replace with the new bulb.

Replace with the new bulb.
Step 7
- Turn clockwise to lock.
