Oil and Oil Filter
- Open the oil reservoir cap, located on the right side of the bike just behind the foot peg.

- Using a ratchet and socket, loosen the bolt.

- Once the bolt is removed the oil will drain out. Let all of the oil drain into the oil pan.
- The drip should be as pictured before screwing the bolt back in.

- Once the bolt is tightly secured back in, unscrew the oil filter.
- The oil filter is located on the underside of the bike but near the front wheel. If the filter is too tight, use channel lock pliers to get it off.

- Once the new oil filter is installed, return to the oil reservoir mentioned in step 1. Insert a funnel and begin pouring in new oil, the type of oil required is SAE 10W-30.
- If you change the oil filter 3.6 quarts will be needed. If you didn’t replace the oil filter only 3.3 quarts will be needed.
