Introduction
Before begin, you’ll need H7 headlight bulbs to replace you the old ones. No tools are necessary for this repair.
- Caution: When lifting open your hood be sure its locked in place to ensure it does not fall on you while in the middle of your repair and lead to an injury.Note: It is illegal to drive with a broken headlight, so if yours isn’t working, replace it as soon as possible to avoid a ticket.
Before starting this repair, park in safe, flat space, turn off the car, and put on the emergency brake.

Step 2
- Pull the latch on the drivers side interior to release the lock on the hood.
- Lift and open the hood of your car until it stays open on its own.

- Your headlights are located on the left and right sides of the front of your vehicle and are covered by a cap.

- Twist the cap to the left and pull it off.
- Twist the headlight to the left and pull it out too.

- Pull the headlight bulb out of the socket.

Step 6
- Plug the new headlight into the socket and place it back into its space.
- Don’t touch the bulb glass with your fingers because the oil from your hands will cause the glass to degrade and wear faster or shatter.
- Lock it into place by twisting it slightly to the right.
- Put the cap back on and twist it slightly to the right to lock it in place.

- Close your hood.
- Turn your car on and test your new headlight to see if it works.
