              Brake Light Bulb               

• Turn your vehicle off before beginning.
• Open your trunk.
• Use a Phillips #2 screwdriver to remove the two screws securing the shield.

• To remove the brake light housing, start from the top of the frame and pull the shield outwards.

Step 3

• Twist the brake light socket counterclockwise and pull it directly out, with care not to damage the wires.
• The brake light has a gray plug.

• Grip light bulb and slide it directly out of its socket.

• Install a new bulb by pressing it into the socket.
• You’ll hear a “click” when it’s properly inserted.

• Place the socket back in its housing and twist it clockwise.

• Align the brake light shield with the two sockets and firmly press the brake light inward.
• You’ll hear a “pop” when the shield is secured.
