              Making the tool

              Unscrewing the cover screws               
  • Remove the screw pinion. Then unscrew these three screws.

              Loosen cover               
  • Fix the tool with three M5 screws of suitable length. Tighten the screws firmly. Turn the tool in the counterclockwise direction. At the beginning, help with a few strong hammer blows.

              Remove motor               
  • After unscrewing the cover, the whole motor can be pulled out.

              Dismantle half axle               
  • The wires were damaged by a fall. The motor did not turn anymore. Cut the cable here, then unscrew the half axle.

              Solder cable               
  • Pull the cable part with the plug through the half-axis and solder it. So that not all soldering points come to lie on each other, the cables are soldered in different lengths. The whole thing was insulated with heat shrink tubing.

Step 7

              Mount half axle               
  • The half axle is mounted again. Wrong the first time, as can be seen in the picture :-). The marking must be in the right place again so that the flats of the half-axis match the other half.

              Final Step               
  • Now the motor can be reassembled. Before screwing the cover shut, grease the thread and use the special tool to screw the cover shut.
