- Use tweezers (or a similar tool) to slide the orange push pin. To release the battery, push it to the left.

RAM Card
- Remove three 7.0 mm screws with a Phillips head screwdriver from the back panel to gain access to the RAM cards.

- Place the device with the battery side facing up, as shown on the picture.
- After removing the back panel, you will see the RAM cards located to the right.

- You should notice a silver tab on each side of the RAM card. Push each tab away at the same time to detach the card.

- If done successfully, the RAM should pop out and you can lift it out with no effort.
