What you need

              Battery               
  • Turn the laptop over so that the back is facing you.

  • Push the laptop battery release lock.

  • Now that the Acer-Aspire 5349-2592 laptop battery is unlocked, press the battery release button down.

  • Holding down the laptop battery release button, gently pull the battery away from the laptop.

              Keyboard               
  • Open the laptop and locate the top edge of the keyboard.
  • Use a flathead screwdriver to gently pry the keyboard upward and lift it out of the laptop.

Step 6

  • Use a flathead screwdriver to gently lift the clamp upward and remove the cable.

  • The keyboard is now disconnected and can be safely removed.
