- Flip laptop over to show the bottom and lay flat.
- Use the Phillips #0 screwdriver to remove the the two .8 centimeter screws from back plate.

- Use the blue colored spudger to loosen plate.
- Lift plate out of place.

- Push down the marked bracket with an opening tool or plastic spudger.
- Move the Ram at a 45 degree angle and pull out of place.
- Do not bend the RAM stick brackets when removing the RAM.
