- Remove the battery now that it’s been unsecured.

RAM
- Flip the device over so the bottom of the device is facing upwards.

- Remove the two 4.1mm Phillips #0 screws securing the RAM cover.
- Use a spudger or other similar tool to pry the cover off.

- To release the RAM card, push both securing pins outwards at once.
