I cannot access the internet after booting my computer
If you can connect to your Wi-Fi, but your Wi-Fi cannot connect to the internet, then this is likely not a computer based problem but a router based one. Restarting your router may help, but if this does not work, calling your service provider may be required.

Check to see if your laptop has issues reading any other discs. Try several discs. If others work, but one particular one does not, it may be an issue with the disc itself. If this is the case, your computer is okay, but you may need to look into disc repair.
This could be an error with the disc drive. Try cleaning out the drive with a can of pressurized air. If that doesn’t work, try replacing the disc drive.
