Introduction

This guide will explain how to replace the battery for the Acer E5-571P-55TL. Before performing actions in this guide be sure to power off your laptop and remove the power adapter.

If the battery you are replacing looks damaged or swollen be careful handling it. Damaged batteries may be potentially hazardous. Use caution when handling the damaged battery.

• Make sure that laptop is turned off.
• Turn the laptop upside down with the battery facing you.

• Place the Spudger into the battery lock and slide it to the left until you hear the battery unlock.

• Pull the battery towards you to remove it from the laptop.

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.
