  • Remove all 18 of the marked screws (2.12 mm) using a Phillips #1 Screwdriver.

  • Use the spudger to slowly and gently work your away around the device, popping the bottom cover off the device.

  • Remove the four marked screws (2.31mm) using a Phillips #1 Screwdriver.

Step 4

  • After the screws are removed, you will need to unplug it from the motherboard shown by the red rectangle. After it is unplugged, then you will be able to remove the fan completely.
