  • Remove the 18 marked screws (2.12 mm) using a Phillips #1 head screwdriver.

  • Use the spudger to slowly work your way around the perimeter starting at the marked location to pop the bottom cover off.

  • This particular laptop does not have a hard drive. The red rectangle is where your hard drive will be.
  • To remove the hard drive, carefully take it out of the brackets holding it in place. Once you have it out of the brackets, remove the connector from the hard drive.
