- Use the spudger to slowly work your way around the perimeter starting at the marked location to pop the bottom cover off.

- Pull back the brackets holding the RAM in place and remove the RAM.
- Be careful when pulling the brackets away from the RAM. Don’t pull on them too much so they don’t break.
