Introduction

Before continuing with this guide and replacing your battery, make sure that your charger is working properly. It is possible that you are dealing with a broken charger rather than a broken battery. This guide will show you how to replace the battery in your Acer Aspire R5-571T-57Z0. Before starting this guide, make sure to power off your computer and disconnect it from any external devices. Once these steps are taken, replacing your battery will be a simple process.
What you need

- Remove twelve 4.0 mm screws from the back of the laptop using a Phillips #00 screwdriver.

- Use a nylon spudger to pry open the back of the laptop and remove it.

Battery
- Remove the three 4.0 mm screws from the battery using a Phillips #00 screwdriver.
- Unplug the cable connected to the RAM.
- Carefully remove the battery.

Carefully remove the battery.
To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.
