- Locate and remove all 12 Phillips #00 6mm screws on the backside of the laptop.

- Using your prying tool, carefully remove the back panel.

- Locate the power connector, as shown on the left.
- The power connector will be in the same location as where you normally plug the charger into the laptop to charge your device.

- Disconnect the wiring from the motherboard, and pull out the rest of the wire carefully.
- Make sure the wire is not caught on anything before pulling.

- Pull out the power connector by pulling upwards on the wires.
- This may require a small amount of force, but should pop out with some pressure.

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.
