- Unscrew the three screws with a Phillips #0 screwdriver.

- Use either your hands or the tweezers to gently peel back the tape.

- Do not pull anything by the wires.
- Use the tweezers to gently pull the small black plug out.
- After the plug is out, you should be able to pull the fan assembly out.
