              Keyboard               
  • Place the end of a plastic opening tool underneath the edge of the broken key.
  • Gently pry up on the key until it comes loose.
  • Pry carefully to make sure you do not damage any of the internal hardware while removing the keys.

  • Pick up the key to remove it.
  • If any debris is found underneath the key, clean it out with an air canister or cotton swab.
