- Use a Phillips #0 screwdriver to remove seventeen 7mm screws from the lower case.

- Lift up the back case to remove it.

RAM
- Locate the RAM slot and push outwards on the metal tabs to release the RAM card.

- Carefully slide the RAM card out of its slot, and insert the replacement card
