Remove broken key(s) using the flat end of spudger.
When working with electronics, it’s important to choose a tool that’s ESD-safe to avoid accidental damage to the device. The regular spudger and tweezer should be used whenever possible.
When reinstalling the key, no spudger is needed. Just pop it into place with fingers.

Step 2

Using the flat end of the spudger, very carefully lift up the corners of the cradle.
With the help of tweezers (needle nose works best), pull the hooks of the cradle out.
For re-installation of the plastic piece use tweezers to put it back in place and pop the bottom half in before the top.
