Step 1

              Acer Iconia Tab B1-711 3G - Factory / Hard reset / Password Removal               

• Power off the tablet. Press and hold the Volume Up and the Power button. After 3 seconds release the Power On button but continue holding the Volume Up button. In the Select Boot Mode use the Volume Up/Down keys to navigate and the Power button to select the desired option.
• [SD Image Update Mode]
• wipe data/factory reset
• Yes - delete all user data
• Reboot system now.
• Your tablet will reboot and go to the Welcome screen.
