- Open the laptop and disconnect the tablet screen from the magnetic keyboard dock by gently lifting the screen up.
- Use tweezers to gently pry up the damaged key.

- White plastic springs may become misaligned when removing key.
- If the plastic springs do become misaligned, use tweezers to realign springs by popping them back into their horizontal placement.
