- Using the Phillips #1 screwdriver, remove twelve (12) screws from the back panel.

- Gently pry the back plate off with your fingers.

Hard Drive
- Unplug the ribbon connectors by lifting the little flap on the top of the adapter then pull them out.

- Lift the hard drive up and out of the device.

- Remove the rubber protector.
