The fans are either spinning at a reduced speed or not at all.
If the fans are not working as intended, especially if it is only on one side, the connections may be poor. Try to follow the steps to ensure proper connection points for the fan. link
If the blades on the fan are still not rotating after checking the quality of the connection, a fan replacement may be in order. link
Ensure no dust or objects are disabling the blades from rotating properly. If the fans appear to be clear of all obstructions, there may be an issue with the wiring or connections and further inspection will be required. link
The speakers are not outputting any sound.

The speakers are outputting strange or unexpected noises such as buzzing or thumping.
Check to ensure nothing is blocking the speaker and that no dust or dirt has built up on the surface. If particles must be removed, a can of dust removal should be used to blow away the foreign objects. link
If the speakers are clean and properly connected, yet they still produce unexpected noises or distorted sound, they may be broken or “blown”. A replacement may be in order, especially if there is visible damage. link
The screen is not displaying as expected. It may be black, distorted, or otherwise faulty.
If the screen has a pixel that just stays on solid color instead of working with the rest of the screen, ensure the connections are proper to rule out wiring as the cause. link
If the speakers are after checking the quality of the connection, a screen or display replacement may be in order. link
The touch screen is falsely registering input where it is not intended (the laptop thinks it is being touched where it is not).
If the touchscreen is registering input without being tapped, registering input in the improper location, or otherwise preforming incorrectly, and the laptop has come in contact with water, there may be water damage or obstruction. Start by wiping down the screen with a cloth to see if that solves the problem. If the issue persists, a replacement may be in order. link
If the touchscreen is registering input without being tapped, registering input in the improper location, or otherwise preforming incorrectly, and there is no water damage, check the connections. If the issue continues, a replacement may be in order. link
The hard drive has corrupted files
If the hard drive is not properly cooled and ventilated, it may overheat and cause corruption. A fan replacement, in addition to swapping out the hard drive may be in order. link
Viruses obtained from improper cyber security are common causes for hard drive corruption. Unfortunately this is usually only fixed by replacing the entire drive. link
