              Battery
  • Be sure to power off and unplug your device before you begin your repair.
  • Remove the twelve screws on the back cover using the Phillips #1 screwdriver.

  • Use an opening tool to pry the back cover open.

  • Remove two 4 mm screws at the two corners of the battery using the Phillips #1 screwdriver.

  • Carefully remove the three tapes on the battery.

  • Carefully slide the battery connector out of its motherboard socket.

  • Remove the battery from the device.

              RAM
  • Disconnect the RAM from the laptop.
  • At the time of guide creation, the device did not come equipped with the RAM.
