After reading my user guide, I searched how to replace a battery on a Jitterbug Smart2 and had several hits. I connected with this one: Alcatel Jitterbug Smart Battery Replacement 104708#. I see this is the site you have, so I began to follow instructions. When I took the back off of my phone, I saw it looks different from the one you show. Also, mine says this is a non-removeable battery. What do I do now?

I just called Great Call. They told me the battery is not replaceable. I’ll risk it anyway: What’s the point of a cordless phone that doesn’t work without a cord?

I followed your directions step by step to remove the battery but on my Jitterbug Smart I, there are only 12 screws instead of 13! Your photo shows a screw in the middle near the camera lens but on my phone, that screw does not exist and the word void is printed in it’s place where the screw would be. Because of this, I was unable to remove the mid frame to get access to the battery. It seems to be stuck where the lens is situated making it impossible to remove and I don’t want to break it off.
