Step 2

Preparing the Aluminum Profile and Connectors - Part 1
  • 8 x hammer nuts B-type nut 8 [M6]
  • 8 x T-diaphragm connectors for 8 x M6x35 cylinder screws
  • 2 x 320mm aluminum profile 30 B-type nuts 8
  • 2 x 360mm aluminum profile 30 B-type nuts 8

Step 3

Screwing Connectors Into the Aluminum Profile
  • Clamp the aluminum profile and use the drill to screw a connector into it clockwise. Use a T40 bit for this.
  • Screw 2 connectors into each of the opposite grooves.
  • Important: Before the connectors on the other side are screwed in, insert the included screws into the groove.
  • Screw-in two connectors in the same groove on the other end of the profile.

Step 4

              Aluminum Profile Assembly
  • Attach slot nuts to the screws on the aluminum profile (320mm) and slide them into the larger (360mm) aluminum profile.
  • With the help of another aluminum profile (size doesn’t matter) and a screw clamp, attach the smaller aluminum profile to the “helper profile”.
  • Slide the larger aluminum profile at a right angle into both of the other profiles.
  • Tighten the screws of the connectors with the 5mm Allen wrench.

Step 5

              Creating a Square
  • Repeat “Step 4” four times with the 4 aluminum profiles to create a square.
  • Use the right angle tool to check and make sure there is a right angle.

Step 8

              Creating a U-Shape
  • Repeat the instructions for step 4 and create a U-Shape.
  • Check that there is a right angle with the angle tool.

Repeat the instructions for step 4 and create a U-Shape.

Check that there is a right angle with the angle tool.

Step 9

              Connecting the Square and U-Shape
  • Place the U-Shape at 114mm
  • Fasten the helper profile to the aluminum profile with screw clamps.
  • Tighten the screws of the connectors with the 5mm Allen wrench.
  • Repeat the whole thing on the other side.
  • Use the steel angle to check if there is a right angle.

Place the U-Shape at 114mm
