Introduction
The cone shape of your Echo Dot allows your speaker to transmit Alexa’s voice in an echo that should ideally carry through the room your device is in.
Check the speaker for other potential causes of sound disruption. Potential causes may include the mesh surrounding your Echo Dot being clouded with debris. Your Echo Dot could also be too close to another device such as a microwave that will cause interference.
Before attempting, make sure the Echo Dot is turned off and unplugged from the external power source.
