Device will not power on, and/or does not respond to commands.
Although simple, this is probably the most likely reason the device won’t turn on. The cord could be loose or not plugged into the wall correctly.
Check if the power cable is worn down or broken in any way. The casing could have broken and the wires frayed inside. You would need to replace the power cable to fix this.
If water or other liquids spilled on the device, you should carefully dry it before turning it on.
This is pretty unlikely, but the power supply could be faulty in the device. To replace the power supply you can follow this guide.
If you notice that the LED Light Ring on the Echo Studio has stopped working, but the device itself still works, you can follow this guide to help you replace the Lightboard.
The device will not connect to Wi-Fi. You will know the device isn’t connected to Wi-Fi when the LED light ring is orange and not solid blue.
Your device may be too far away from the Wi-Fi router. Moving the echo studio closer to the router can solve this issue.
Certify that the password being entered is the correct password and certify that is being entered correctly. Be careful because most passwords are case sensitive.
The problem may be from your Wi-Fi router. You can try rebooting your router by turning it off for 30 seconds, and turning it back on. This will disconnect any devices currently connected to the Wi-Fi. Reconnect the echo to the Wi-Fi once it is restored.
If the amazon echo studio is still not connecting to the Wi-Fi, it may be an internal issue, and replacing the motherboard can be a solution. To replace the motherboard follow this guide.
Make sure that when you are giving it a command, you speak in a reasonable volume, and make it as clear as possible. In addition, you should make sure that you are within a reasonable distance of the device, so it can actually pick up your voice.
If you see the LED light ring on top of the echo studio is red, this means that the microphone is muted, and it will not pick up your voice. Just tap the microphone button so the red LED goes away.
The Echo Studio will not pair to the Bluetooth device. Streaming and other Bluetooth functions aren’t work.
Ensure that your device is within 30 feet of the echo studio or it will affect the communication between the devices.
If your device supports Bluetooth connections, be sure that the Bluetooth setting is actually turned on by tapping over the Bluetooth icon. Then try to pair it with the echo studio.

The Echo Studio’s audio doesn’t sound as good as expected, or has deteriorated over time.
A speaker is damaged, creating a plastic or metallic rattling, the speaker either needs to be replaced with a new one, or repaired with adhesive. You can follow this guide to replace your speaker.
All of the speakers are connected to an audio driver which is most likely broken if all main speakers are not working. The speakers connection to it, or the audio driver’s connections to power or the motherboard could also be broken. Here is a possible solution from one of our guides to potentially fix this issue.
If you have checked to make sure that your device is connected and is playing music, and if the volume is turned up, yet no sound plays, you most likely have a serious issue meaning both the subwoofer and/or the tweeter may be broken. First you can check you can check if all the wires are connected inside the device, but if they are you might need to replace the subwoofer and the speakers. This guide will help you with replacing the subwoofer, and this guide will help you replace the tweeter.
Sometimes the music will stop, when you have not given a command to do so.
The echo studio may be responding to background noise thinking it is being given a command. Try relocating the echo to a more quiet location.
Try resetting your echo studio by pressing and holding the ‘microphone off’ and ‘volume down’ button until the light ring turns orange and then blue again. The light ring will turn on and then off again, and orange once more, allowing you to restart the echo setup.
