RAM
- Remove the 12 bottom cover screws (in red)
- Locate the ram in the middle of the motherboard (in green)
- Spread the latches apart for the ram stick to pop up (in yellow)

Step 2
- Repeat the process for the left ram stick and apply it to the right stick
- When the latches are spread apart the ram stick pops up for easy removal
- Slowly remove the ram stick from the slot
- Switch for upgrade or replacement :^)
