              Prep               

• Get the watch ready by placing it on its face.

• Pick a location that is by the band so that if you make any scratches they will be less obvious when you are done. Place the screwdriver between the frame and the back cover. Gently tap the back of the screwdriver with a small hammer or whatever you have around. Do not use your hand!

              Open               

• Remove back.

              Pry               

• While securing the inside of the watch with a finger or thumb, gently pry out the battery.

Step 5

              Replace               

• Insert a new battery. Line up the cover in the correct position. Keep the notch lined up with the winding screw. Secure the back to the frame by applying equal pressure and squeezing the two parts together.

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.
