What you need

External Headband
- Remove two hex screws on each side to free and remove the base plate. Do each step for both sides.

- Pull apart earpiece assembly and the connecting headband piece.

- Gently pull the padding layer off of both ends using your hands.

- Locate the black wiring and gently pull it out of the plastic headpiece component.

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.

Is there any place you can purchase a new external headband? The part that holds the foam piece in place broke on mine yesterday :(
