- Squeeze the plastic opening tool between the black plastic and foam pad on non mic side and then pry upwards to remove the felt pads covering the speaker.

- Remove the four 6mm Phillips 1 screws.

- Lift the speaker module up off the device.

Awesome, but I don’t believe see anywhere on how to fix the mic as it rotates 360 free spinning rather than locking in the 90° talk and mute positions…?
