Headband
- Remove the six screws—three from each side of the headband
- These screws have been glued. Apply heat in order to loosen the adhesive.

- Remove the head piece from the ear pieces.
- Separate the wire that connects the two ear pieces.
- Replace or repair the broken head pieces.
- A repair could be as simple as gluing the broken parts. When reinstalling to line up the adjusters correctly, make sure they function with the new parts before completely reassembling the head set.
