- Use the Phillips #0 screwdriver to remove the two screws circled in picture.

- Place fingers on panel as shown below.
- Apply slight force while gently sliding the panel away from the laptop.
- Remove panel.

- Locate RAM card, circled adjacently.

- Place fingers on prongs located adjacent.
- Press on prongs simultaneously.

- RAM card should pop out.
- Remove RAM card.
