The laptop is not responding or showing any signs of powering on.
Make sure that the laptop is powered by ensuring that the power adaptor is plugged in. If the charge light does not turn on when it is plugged in, the adaptor is faulty. In this case, replace the power adaptor.
Make sure your battery is charged. If the laptop only turns on when your power adaptor is plugged in, your battery is faulty. Replace it with this guide.
If your laptop is fully charged but will not power on, your power button may be defective. Replace the power button.
If you hear three beeps after pressing the power button, this means that your laptop RAM is disconnected or defective. In this case, replace the RAM using this guide.
If none of the above solutions solves the problem, this may mean that you have a defective motherboard. Replace the motherboard.
Cursor may be unresponsive, moving at an uncomfortable speed or jumping spontaneously.
If your cursor is moving too fast or too slow, check your mouse settings. The cursor speed can be changed in Control Panel → Mouse → Pointer Options.
Dirt may accumulate on the trackpad after long periods of usage which may hinder the responsiveness of the trackpad. Moreover, dirt stuck on the trackpad may cause the cursor to jump around the screen. To clean, turn off your device and unplug the power adaptor to prevent electric shock. Then, gently wipe the trackpad with a slightly dampened cloth.
If none of the above solutions solved the problem, you may have a faulty trackpad. Replace the trackpad.
When the DVD ejection button does not respond.
Make sure that your laptop battery is charged or power adaptor is plugged in, and then try pressing the ejection button again.
Dirt may be trapped underneath the ejection button. To clean, turn off your device and unplug the power adaptor to prevent electric shock. Then, gently clean area with a slightly dampened cloth.
If none of the above solutions solved the problem, you may have a faulty DVD drive. Replace the DVD drive with this guide.

Try turning it off and on again. If this problem persists, check if you currently have internet connection by using another device. If this does not fix it, turn off your modem, wait 10 seconds and turn it back on. If that does not fix it, call your service provider and ask them for assistance in resolving your internet connectivity issues.

When your laptop screen turns blue and you are unable to do anything.
Try turning your laptop off and on again. If this issue persists, you may have a malfunctioning Hard Drive. Replace the hard drive using this guide.
When your laptop screen flickers occasionally or nonstop.
If your screen looks fine physically but is flickering, search online to make sure you have the correct graphics drivers installed on your computer.
Check your laptop screen carefully for any physical damage that may be affecting the display. Try turning the screen off and on again. If flickering appears on the same spot, your screen itself may be damaged and you should replace the screen.
