Test the audio through the computer speakers; then test it using headphones. If the audio is only distorted while listening via headphones, the plug or the headphones themselves may be faulty. Make sure the headphone jack is fully inserted in the computer.

When keys can’t be pressed, there may be something below the physical key holding it up. Remove the keycap from the keyboard by placing your finger nail or knife under the corner of the key and gently pry the keycap up and away from the laptop. Wipe off the area. Once it is sufficiently clean, snap the key back into position. If the keys are still not working, your keys may be faulty.
