RAM
- Flip the laptop over to access the bottom side of the device. Remove the black Phillips #0 screw that holds the RAM access panel in place.
- There may be a rubber cover on this screw that can be removed with an iFixit opening pick.
- Gently lift up on the side of the panel to remove it.

Step 2
- Gently pull the retainers away from the RAM to remove it from the device.
- Repeat this step for any additional sticks of RAM.
