• Attach the Anti-Wrist Strap to the corner of the laptop case.
• Remove metallic tape off the ram.

• Place fingers on metal clamps that hold the RAM stick in place.

• Pull metal clamps and lift RAM stick up.

• Pull the RAM stick out of the motherboard.
