              Battery               
- Attach the clip of your anti-static wrist strap to the case of the laptop. This prevents any accidents that could fry the motherboard.
- Remove the four 7.0mm Philips #0 screws around the battery.

Step 2
- Unplug the connector highlighted in this picture by pulling it up and out of it’s seating, then pull the battery away from the motherboard and remove the battery.

              Speakers               
- Disconnect the white cables.
- The first white cable is located above the left speaker. The second and the third white cables are located along the left side of the trackpad.

- Using the metal spudger, insert the metal spudger between the speaker and pry up to remove it.

- Remove the speakers from both sides following the previous step.
