              Battery               
  • Power off the device completely
  • Flip the device over to its back cover.
  • Use the switches to release the battery from its adapter.

              RAM               
  • To access the compartment that holds the RAM, flip the laptop so the bottom cover is facing upward and the battery compartment is facing away from you.

  • Use a Phillips #0 screwdriver to remove the two screws that hold down the compartment cover.

  • Lift the cover and locate the green and blue RAM sticks on the right side of the device.

Step 5

  • To remove the green RAM stick, push outward on the inner sides of the two metal chip holders simultaneously.
  • Pull out the stick once it is released from the holders.
  • Repeat this step on the lower level that holds the blue RAM stick.

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.
